A study conducted by the Purina Pet Institute has ranked cities whose legislation is top for pets health and wellbeing. Americas top 5 are as follows

1. Denver, Colo.
2. Oakland, Calif.
3. Portland, Ore.
4. Anaheim, Calif.
5. San Francisco, Calif.

The study also revealed that cats and dogs in San Francisco can claim to have the very clean lungs, the city has overall the lowest amount of smokers and zero annual ozone alert days.
